We begin with the magnificent bitters and tonics from our friends at Urban Moonshine in Burlington, Vermont. We first brought in their line of bitters in the fall of this year and they have quickly become a customer favorite. Urban Moonshine has created a savvy spectrum of bitters with easy access points for all levels of bitter imbibers: Original Bitters, for the bitter enthusiast, Citrus Bitters, for the citrus lover and Maple Bitters for the bitter beginner (most of America in our opinion). Bitters compliment the rich menu of foods that we consume during the holidays by toning, strengthening and building digestive health. Due to positive customer feedback we recently decided to add two of their tonics to our Community Health Corner (more on this in a later feed): Organic Energy Tonic, to “build vitality and endurance” and Organic Joy Tonic, to “uplift the spirit & gladden the heart”.
