At the request of customers, we recently began offering almond milk as a non-dairy substitute on our beverage menu. Our distributor currently only carries one brand…one that we thought might not be the best. So, we purchased some other brands this morning from Guido’s and conducted a blind taste test. Much to our surprise, the brand that we have in stock won. Further proof that removing prejudice makes for better decisions.
